Supreme Court Associate Justice Stephen Breyer has announced his retirement. President Biden has pledged to appoint a Black woman to Breyer’s position. Many qualified women are reported to be on the list of potential nominees. Allow me to add a name: Anita Hill. She’s distinguished herself in legal education for over 30 years.
